Que’Nona Valentine Guilford
aka Mrs. Que
Que’Nona Guilford is a unique creation of God, a true original with a heart dedicated to seeking His presence and understanding His divine purpose for her life through His word. As a devoted wife, loving mother, and passionate daughter, she embodies the spirit of entrepreneurship and serves as a transformational coach and advocate for domestic violence awareness.
In 2020, she established a ministry known as Mrs. Que, which has since blossomed into a thriving business platform. Through Mrs. Que, Que’Nona inspires individuals to realize their full potential and embrace their true calling. Having overcome the trials of domestic violence, she is fervently committed to raising awareness and providing support within her community. She founded the nonprofit A Change In Me Domestic Violence to assist those facing similar struggles.
An accomplished author, Que’Nona has written eight insightful books that delve into themes of faith, purpose, personal growth, and empowerment. Recognized as a dedicated leader in her community, she received the prestigious Inaugural Girlfriend Award in 2018 and the Outstanding Community Service Award from Zeta Phi Beta Sorority in 2019.
With plans to graduate from Troy University in December 2025, Que’Nona’s achievements continue to grow. In 2024, she was honored with recognition from the National Society of Leadership and Success and became a member of Kappa Beta Delta, Associate Degree l. A Change In Me is an organization dedicated to raising awareness about domestic violence.
Our mission is to inspire, educate, and inform the community about the realities of this pressing issue. We offer a supportive platform where survivors can share their journeys, providing hope and guidance to those currently facing similar challenges.
Throughout the year, we host various events and fundraisers to sustain our efforts and reach more individuals in need. A Change In Me was created with the intention of uplifting community members by confronting the often-ignored topic of domestic violence. We recognize that this issue has been brushed aside for far too long, and it is time for us to take action. Our goal is to ignite a movement that leads to a measurable decline in domestic violence incidents each year.
